Refund policy
JovelNadora is committed to complying with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA). Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Your Right to Return (Section 56 – Implied Warranty) All products sold carry an implied warranty of quality. If a product is defective, unsafe, or not fit for its intended purpose, you may return it within 6 months of delivery for a full repair, replacement, or refund — at your choice.
2. Cooling-Off Period (Section 16) If you purchased as a result of direct marketing, you have the right to cancel the purchase within 5 business days of receiving the goods, without penalty. We will refund you within 15 business days of receiving the returned goods.
3. General Returns For returns outside of the above, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Items returned in this category may be subject to a handling fee.
4. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned unless defective: perishable goods, downloadable digital products, or items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging.
5. How to Initiate a Return Contact us at justin@jovlnadora.co.za or 081 385 7233 with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
6. Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days to your original payment method.
7. Disputes If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may contact the National Consumer Commission (NCC) at www.thencc.org.za or the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (CGSO) at www.cgso.org.za.
